TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SERVICE
Thank you for choosing, Board of Ironing Professional Ironing service. We are committed to providing you with high quality ironing services at a competitive price. Below you will find the terms and conditions of our service…
- Service Agreement: By using our ironing service, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions may be updated from time to time, and we will notify you of any changes.
- Service Availability: We offer an ironing service on a scheduled basis, i.e. weekly, fortnightly or monthly. Scheduled day of pickup will be agreed prior to the first collection and will remain the same unless enough notice is given for the day to change. We reserve the right to refuse the day change if we are at capacity or for any other reason.
- Pricing and Payment: Unless otherwise agreed the prices will be those stated on Board of Ironing service and price list given at the date of service. All charges must be paid in full within 24 hours of delivery, invoice will be sent prior to delivery.
- Pick-up and Delivery: We will collect and deliver your ironing to your door free of charge. Times and schedule will be agreed prior to the first collection and delivery, should it ever be missed extra charges may occur. Delivery charges apply outside of a 5 mile radius.
- Ironing Care: We will treat your ironing with care and handle it with the utmost professionalism. The customer agrees not to send for iron (a) non-iron items (b) items that are labeled for day-cleaning only (c) any other items not meant for ironing, in, or attached to any of the items to be ironed or inside any of the bags. The customer is responsible for damage to items and equipment should an item have not been meant for ironing and we reverse the right to refuse to iron any item.
To eliminate the possibility of allergies, we only use normal tap water to create steam during the ironing process. We do not use fragrances or other chemicals in our ironing service
- Confidentiality: We will keep all information about your ironing and any other personal information confidential and will not share it with any third party without your express permission
- Cancellation and Rescheduling: If you need to cancel or reschedule your ironing service. Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.
- Customer Satisfaction: Our goal is to provide you with a high level of customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with our service, please let us know within 24 hours of delivery and we will make every effort to rectify the situation
